Entry is free of charge. By submitting an entry to the America Awards, you confirm that:
Payment for Gold Medals only. A fee of €219.99 (exclusive of VAT where applicable) is due per Gold Medal awarded, invoiced after results are published. No payment is due for entries that do not receive a Gold Medal. By submitting an entry you agree to pay any such fees within 30 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet our editorial standards or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or misleading.
Winners who have completed payment are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the America Awards medal seal and "Gold Medal Winner" designation on their product packaging, website, and marketing materials during the award year. This licence terminates if payment is not received or if the award is revoked.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
